# Welcome to Koinia

Help center for church administrators and leaders using Koinia.

Koinia is the platform to run your church: your **members** directory, **visitor** tracking, **treasury**, **announcements**, the **Sunday program**, **prayer requests**, and **WhatsApp** communication — all in one place.

This guide is for pastors, administrators, treasurers, and leaders who use the Koinia dashboard day to day.

## Before you start: two key concepts

* **Member** — a person in your church directory. They can exist **without** being able to sign in.
* **System access** — the ability to sign in with an email and password, together with a **role** (Pastor, Administrator, Treasurer, Leader, or Member).
