# Roles & permissions

What each role can see and do in Koinia.

## What it is

Each user's role defines which modules they see and which actions they can perform. Understanding this helps you give the right access to each person on your team.

## The five roles

| Role                                | Access                                                                              |
| ----------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Pastor/a** (Pastor)               | Full access to everything.                                                          |
| **Administrador/a** (Administrator) | Full access to everything.                                                          |
| **Tesorero/a** (Treasurer)          | All treasury accounts and their reports. Doesn't see admin modules unless assigned. |
| **Líder** (Leader)                  | **Nothing by default.** Only sees a module or an account when explicitly assigned.  |
| **Miembro** (Member)                | No admin access.                                                                    |

## What can be assigned to a Leader

* **Admin modules:** Visitors, Announcements, Sunday program, Prayer requests.
* **Treasury accounts:** a specific account (view + record movements + reports for that account).

## Plan limit

Your **plan** limits how many users can have a role with access (Pastor, Administrator, Treasurer, Leader). Directory members **without access** do not count toward that limit.
