# Follow-ups

Log the calls, messages, and visits you make to each visitor.

## What it is

A record of every contact you make with a visitor to accompany them: calls, messages, or in-person visits. This way the whole team sees the history and no one is left unattended.

## Who can do it

**Pastor/a**, **Administrador/a**, or the **Líder** (Leader) assigned to the visitor.

## Steps

### Open the visitor

In **Visitantes** (Visitors), open the person's profile.

### Add a follow-up

Press **Agregar seguimiento** (Add follow-up), choose the type, and write a note.

### Save

The follow-up is kept in the visitor's history.

## Follow-up types

| Type                       | Use                                 |
| -------------------------- | ----------------------------------- |
| **Llamada** (Call)         | Phone contact.                      |
| **Mensaje** (Message)      | WhatsApp, text, or another message. |
| **En persona** (In person) | Visit or in-person conversation.    |
| **Otro** (Other)           | Any other type of contact.          |
