# Visitor QR code

Welcome visitors who register themselves by scanning a QR code.

## What it is

A QR code that visitors scan to register themselves. Scanning opens a public form where they leave their details and, if they wish, a prayer request. Each registration is saved as a **visit**.

## Who can do it

**Pastor/a** and **Administrador/a**, or a **Líder** (Leader) assigned to the Visitors module.

## Steps

### Open Visitors

Go to **Visitantes** (Visitors) in the menu.

### Generate or open the QR

Use **QR de registro** (Registration QR) to view the code.

### Share or print it

Use **Descargar** (Download) to save the image and place it at the entrance, on screens, or on your social media.

## Rotate the QR token

If you need to invalidate a previous code (for example, if it leaked), use **Rotar token** (Rotate token). The old code stops working and a new one is generated.

When you **rotate the QR token**, any printed material with the old code stops working. Download and print the new one.

## What happens when someone scans

* If it's their first time, they are created as a **Nuevo** (New) visitor.
* If they had come before, they become **Frecuente** (Returning) on later visits.
