# Accounts

Create and manage your church's financial accounts.

## What it is

The treasury organizes your church's money into **accounts**. You can create several accounts, transfer between them, and assign leaders responsible for each.

## Who can do it

**Pastor/a**, **Administrador/a**, and **Tesorero/a** see all accounts. A **Líder** (Leader) only sees the accounts assigned to them.

## Steps

### Open Treasury

Go to **Tesorería** (Treasury) in the menu.

### Create an account

Press **Nueva cuenta** (New account) and give it a name.

### Transfer between accounts (optional)

Use **Transferencia entre cuentas** (Transfer between accounts) to move funds.

Your church always has a **"Cuenta General"** (General account) created at registration, which cannot be deleted.

## Assign responsible leaders

Inside an account you can assign **Líderes responsables** (Responsible leaders): a Leader can view and record movements only for that account.
