# WhatsApp

Send messages and broadcasts to your members via WhatsApp.

## What it is

The WhatsApp integration lets you communicate with your members: send individual messages, broadcast to lists, and keep a log of what was sent.

## Who can do it

**Pastor/a** and **Administrador/a**.

WhatsApp depends on your **plan**. If you see "Acceso restringido" (Restricted access), the feature is not enabled on your current plan.

## Tabs

| Tab                      | What it does                                                              |
| ------------------------ | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Conectar** (Connect)   | See connection status and, if you want, connect your church's own number. |
| **Redactar** (Compose)   | Send a message to a member using a **template**; search by name or phone. |
| **Difusión** (Broadcast) | Send to a **saved list** or a **manual audience** using a template.       |
| **Listas** (Lists)       | Create and edit reusable **broadcast lists** (audiences).                 |
| **Registro** (Log)       | History of messages sent.                                                 |

## About templates

Message **templates** are defined centrally by Koinia. From your church you **choose and use** them, but you don't create or edit them. You can view the available ones in the templates view.

## Steps to send a broadcast

### Open the Broadcast tab

Go to **WhatsApp → Difusión** (Broadcast).

### Choose the audience

Select a **saved list** or build a **manual audience**.

### Choose the template and send

Select the template and confirm the send. You'll see it later under **Registro** (Log).
