# Pending accounts

Approve or link people who registered on their own.

## What it is

When a person **registers on their own** (for example, scanning the church QR to send prayer requests), their account waits for an administrator to review it. Here you decide what to do with it.

## Who can do it

**Pastor/a** and **Administrador/a**.

## Steps

### Open Pending accounts

Go to **Cuentas pendientes** (Pending accounts) in the menu.

### Review each request

You'll see the people who registered themselves and haven't been verified yet.

### Decide: verify or link

* **Verificar** (Verify) — a genuinely new person; confirm to add them to the directory.
* **Vincular cuenta** (Link account) — they already exist in your directory; link the access to that profile to avoid a duplicate.
