# Recover your password

Reset your password if you forgot it.

## What it is

If you forgot your password, you can request a reset link by email.

## Steps

### Request the reset

On the sign-in screen, choose **¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?** (Forgot your password?) and enter your email.

### Check your email

You will receive a link to create a new password. The link is single-use and expires.

### Create a new password

Open the link and set your new password (minimum 8 characters).

## Common errors

* **The email doesn't arrive** — check spam/junk and confirm you used your registered email.
* **The link doesn't work** — it likely expired or was already used. Request a new one.
