# Billing & plans

Manage your church's plan and subscription.

## What it is

Managing your church's subscription: the current plan, payment history, and plan changes.

## Who can do it

**Pastor/a** and **Administrador/a**.

## Steps

### Open Billing

Go to **Facturación** (Billing) in the menu.

### Choose or change your plan

Use **Elige tu plan** (Choose your plan) to upgrade or change plans.

### Review your payments

Check your church's **Historial de pagos** (Payment history).

## Free trial

When you register your church you get a **14-day trial**. Before it ends, choose a plan so you don't lose access to the features.

## What your plan controls

* The number of users with an **assigned role** (see ["Límite de usuarios alcanzado"](/user-guide-english/miembros/otorgar-acceso.md)).
* Access to features such as **WhatsApp**, **Donations**, and **AI bulletins**.

## Cancel

You can cancel your subscription or cancel a scheduled plan change from the same screen.
