# Convertir un visitante en miembro

Promueve a un visitante que ya forma parte de la congregación.

## Qué es

Cuando un visitante ya se integró a la iglesia, puedes **promoverlo a miembro**. Esto lo agrega al directorio de miembros conservando su información.

## Quién puede hacerlo

**Pastor/a** y **Administrador/a**, o un **Líder** asignado al módulo de Visitantes.

## Pasos

### Abre el visitante

En **Visitantes**, abre la ficha de la persona.

### Promueve a miembro

Presiona **Promover a miembro** y confirma con **Sí, promover**.

Al confirmar, su **ficha de visitante se congela** y queda como historial — ya no se sigue editando ahí. A partir de ese momento, su información vive en su nueva ficha de **miembro**.

Al promover, se crea un **miembro** en el directorio, pero **sin acceso para iniciar sesión**. Si esa persona debe entrar al sistema, [otórgale acceso](/guia-del-usuario-espanol/miembros/otorgar-acceso.md) después.
