# Roles y permisos

Qué puede ver y hacer cada rol en Koinia.

## Qué es

El rol de cada usuario define qué módulos ve y qué acciones puede realizar. Entender esto te ayuda a dar el acceso correcto a cada persona de tu equipo.

## Los cinco roles

| Rol                 | Acceso                                                                                                |
| ------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Pastor/a**        | Acceso total a todo.                                                                                  |
| **Administrador/a** | Acceso total a todo.                                                                                  |
| **Tesorero/a**      | Todas las cuentas de tesorería y sus reportes. No ve módulos administrativos salvo que se le asignen. |
| **Líder**           | **Nada por defecto.** Solo ve un módulo o una cuenta cuando se le asigna explícitamente.              |
| **Miembro**         | Sin acceso administrativo.                                                                            |

Un **Líder** no ve ningún módulo hasta que lo haces [persona responsable](/guia-del-usuario-espanol/personas-responsables.md) de un módulo o de una cuenta.

## Qué se puede asignar a un Líder

* **Módulos administrativos:** Visitantes, Anuncios, Programa dominical, Peticiones de oración.
* **Cuentas de tesorería:** una cuenta específica (ver + registrar movimientos + reportes de esa cuenta).

## Límite por plan

Tu **plan** limita cuántos usuarios pueden tener un rol con acceso (Pastor/a, Administrador/a, Tesorero/a, Líder). Los miembros del directorio **sin acceso** no cuentan para ese límite.
