# Recuperar tu contraseña

Restablece tu contraseña si la olvidaste.

## Qué es

Si olvidaste tu contraseña, puedes solicitar un enlace de restablecimiento por correo.

## Pasos

### Solicita el restablecimiento

En la pantalla de inicio de sesión, elige **¿Olvidaste tu contraseña?** e ingresa tu correo.

### Revisa tu correo

Recibirás un enlace para crear una nueva contraseña. El enlace es de un solo uso y expira.

### Crea una contraseña nueva

Abre el enlace y define tu nueva contraseña (mínimo 8 caracteres).

## Errores comunes

* **No llega el correo** — revisa spam o correo no deseado, y confirma que escribiste el correo con el que estás registrado.
* **El enlace no funciona** — probablemente ya expiró o ya se usó. Solicita uno nuevo.
